Star Real Estate Agency’s team is led by Patrick Negri, a 30-year veteran of selling residential and commercial real estate in Northern New Jersey. Throughout his career and with the Star Real Estate Agency, Patrick and his team have closed on transactions totaling over hundreds of millions.

Commission Plans

With us, you can be sure that your work will be appreciated and that you will be well rewarded. To start off you can expect to get an 85/15 split from the first deal. But we like to take things a bit ahead and we are willing to allow you to keep 100%  after you gross 100k in a calendar year. Yes, you read it right.

The reality is that there no desk fees, no monthly fees, no franchise fees, and you're not required floor time. In addition, all calls from your listings will be routed to you and you will have your own Star business cards as well as a free Star email address so you can keep in touch with your clients.
